What you will do

• Oversee daily operations of the clinical field team to ensure smooth workflow and high standards of care.
• Recruit, train, and manage the clinical Sprinter team, providing ongoing coaching and performance evaluations.
• Ensure strict compliance with healthcare regulations including OSHA, HIPAA, and Joint Commission.
• Control expenses and optimize clinical workflows to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Triage patients by responding to abnormal labs and vitals to ensure proper follow-up care.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and the Clinical Manager team to align operations across markets.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Registered Nurse (RN) experience.
• Proven experience in direct report management.
• Ability to travel extensively (up to 50%) to various coverage regions.
• Proficiency in working with modern technology.
• Must be eligible to work in the US.
