RN Trainer

TL;DR

RN Trainer (Medical): Facilitating lab and clinical sessions for the Procare CONNECT program with an accent on coaching and mentoring aspiring Nursing Assistants. Focus on demonstrating clinical skills, engaging learners, and ensuring quality care delivery through the OnTrack curriculum.

Location: Must reside in Minnesota; regular travel required.

Salary: $39–$41/hour

What you will do

• Facilitate lab and clinical sessions for individuals preparing to become Nursing Assistants.
• Demonstrate clinical skills and provide hands-on coaching and mentoring to learners.
• Deliver curriculum content through both in-person and electronic means.
• Promote quality care and service delivery by developing learner knowledge and compassion.
• Engage with learners to ensure successful completion of the OnTrack hybrid curriculum.

Requirements

• Must reside in Minnesota.
• 2+ years of nursing experience in the United States.
• 1+ years of licensed nursing experience in a US Long-Term Care (LTC) facility.
• 2+ years of direct training experience.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms, technology for skill demonstrations, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexibility with working hours.
