What you will do

• Administer methadone as prescribed and follow all physician orders.
• Evaluate and assess new and current patients for treatment appropriateness and dosing eligibility.
• Observe and assess patients after administration and monitor physicals and lab work.
• Collect urine specimens, file contract urines, and record results; maintain accurate dosing records and medication inventory reconciliation.
• Receive medication shipments per DEA and company procedures; maintain medical supply inventories and coordinate dose packages.
• Support treatment center operations by training new nurses, participating in team meetings/trainings, and helping implement improvements while meeting accreditation standards.

Requirements

• Licensed as LPN/LVN or RN in the state of MN.
• CPR and First Aid certified.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work independently under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and react quickly.
• Knowledge/skills using medical equipment (e.g., dosing equipment, centrifuge, physical assessment tools, test strips, breathalyzers) and basic office equipment.
• Accurate data entry skills and basic computing knowledge.
