Salary: $175,000 - $225,000 + bonus

What you will do

• Own the P&L, commercial performance, and operational outcomes of the affiliate delivery organization.
• Define, build, and refine the future affiliate team structure and operating model to scale the practice.
• Lead and manage a large, globally dispersed team, fostering a culture of accountability and professional growth.
• Drive the AI transformation by identifying and adopting AI tools and workflows to increase team capacity and delivery quality.
• Manage resource allocation, headcount, and department margins in collaboration with Finance and Operations.
• Serve as a senior escalation point and subject matter expert to ensure premium program execution and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 10+ years of combined experience in affiliate marketing and agency client services.
• Proven track record of owning and scaling a business line, practice area, or large client portfolio.
• Experience leading managers and cross-regional teams across multiple geographies.
• Demonstrated experience leading AI adoption or transformation initiatives within an organization.
• Strong financial acumen, including P&L ownership, forecasting, and margin management.
• Bachelor's degree and ability to travel up to 30%, including internationally.
