Salary: $230,000 – $350,000 per year + equity

What you will do

• Lead the organic growth system to deliver high-quality, low-cost demand into the rate marketplace.
• Define and drive the strategy for visibility in AI-generated answers and LLM citations (AEO/GEO).
• Unify traditional SEO and content strategy to ensure authoritative and defensible production in a regulated category.
• Manage and report organic revenue and contribution based on LTV/CAC and incrementality.
• Build and develop a high-performing team using AI and agentic workflows to scale output.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience leading organic search functions end-to-end.
• Deep command of answer engines and how content is cited by LLMs (AEO/GEO).
• Proven track record of accountability for revenue or financial contribution from organic channels.
• Ability to implement AI and agentic workflows into team operations.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to articulate strategy to the CMO and senior leadership.
• Must be based in the US and work Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.
