Salary: $150,000 - $180,000

What you will do

• Define and scale an affiliate strategy aligned with commercial targets for North America.
• Recruit, nurture, and optimize a portfolio of affiliate partners, networks, and publishers.
• Manage budgets, commissions, and incentive plans.
• Collaborate on creative asset development and ensure brand compliance.
• Measure and analyze performance and report results to senior leadership.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, specifically within the betting sector.

Requirements

• Significant experience in affiliate marketing, preferably within media or gaming.
• Strong commercial acumen and deep understanding of CPA, CPL, and RevShare models.
• Proven experience leading global affiliate strategies and teams.
• Data-driven mindset with proficiency in affiliate platforms and tracking tools.
• Knowledge of gambling compliance regulations.
• Must be based in or able to work from the New York office.
