What you will do
- Own strategy, execution, and measurement for B2B Travel paid acquisition across search, social, programmatic, CTV, audio, and emerging channels.
- Drive net-new business sign-ups and improve conversion from sign-up to first booking, owning both halves of the acquisition motion.
- Optimize acquisition efficiency using product-line ROAS and LTV:CAC (not channel-level proxies).
- Partner with Performance, Analytics, and Product to ensure high-quality measurement, attribution, and funnel signals.
- Run the creative testing loop (hypothesis → variant → scaled winner) in partnership with brand and creative resources.
- Expand into net-new paid channels (e.g., CTV, Spotify/audio, direct mail) using a structured test-and-graduate framework and maintain weekly performance narratives.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in the US
- 7–10 years of performance marketing experience with a track record tied to ROAS, LTV:CAC, or payback-period targets.
- Experience owning a full paid portfolio (not just one or two channels) and knowing when to scale, hold, or cut spend.
- Deep hands-on experience across search, social, and programmatic; experience testing and scaling net-new channels is a plus.
- Strong creative instincts to brief, evaluate, and iterate on creative with clear judgment.
- Comfort with measurement end-to-end (attribution, incrementality, MMM) and functional SQL/BI usage to pull and interpret data.
