Learning Solution Architect (AI)

Location: New York, United States; occasional travel required for onsite delivery.

Base salary: $130,000–$190,000 annually. Total OTE: $145,000–$220,000. Equity and stock options are also available.

What you will do

• Deliver engaging live technical training in virtual and onsite classrooms.
• Create tailored courses, projects, certifications, and assessments on the hirify.global platform.
• Design blended learning paths aligned with customer roles, tools, and business outcomes.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Content teams.
• Publish reusable learning content that supports adoption and measurable skill improvement.
• Track customer satisfaction, engagement, repeat bookings, and professional services revenue.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in technical training, data science or analytics education, solutions engineering, or a similar instructor role.
• Experience teaching multiple hours per week in virtual or onsite classrooms.
• Broad technical knowledge of AI, Python, SQL, R, Power BI, and Tableau.
• Ability to learn new tools quickly and tailor content for analysts, engineers, business users, and executives.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex topics for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Flexible scheduling is required to support different time zones; occasional travel for onsite delivery is expected.

• Familiarity with Databricks and Snowflake.
