What you will do

• Drive execution of high-priority initiatives, including product launches, GTM programs, and strategic partnerships.
• Align priorities across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Developer Relations teams.
• Transform ambiguous goals into structured execution plans with milestones, owners, and clear decision points.
• Build operating mechanisms to scale the organization, such as dashboards, QBRs, and executive review frameworks.
• Distill technical and organizational complexity into concise, decision-ready recommendations for executives.
• Identify risks and remove blockers to accelerate the delivery of high-impact initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in strategy, program management, operations, consulting, or product operations.
• Proven ability to independently create structure and priorities from loosely defined problems.
• Experience driving complex cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent writing skills for creating concise, executive-level documentation.
• Experience working with AI infrastructure, cloud platforms, or enterprise software.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
