What you will do

• Execute and track strategic initiatives, strategic partnership activities, and M&A efforts across cross-functional teams.
• Build business cases in collaboration with Finance to align on pilot programs and track ROI.
• Lead the integration of AI tools directly into existing operating models, legacy software, and workflows.
• Optimize business workflows to ensure seamless execution and leverage of AI capabilities.
• Prioritize high-impact initiatives based on strategic value and ease of execution.
• Drive post-merger integration (PMI) workstreams and coordinate progress against the deal thesis.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Corporate Strategy Execution, Operations, or strategic consulting.
• Proven track record of executing cross-functional strategic initiatives from concept to delivery.
• Experience developing executive and board presentations with delivery metrics.
• Strong financial, business, and operational acumen.
• Experience in a fast-paced SaaS or MarTech environment.
• Must be based in the USA
