What you will do

• Identify and pursue sales opportunities within the semiconductor market for custom thermal components.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from initial specification and quoting to securing large-scale orders.
• Coordinate with internal application engineering teams to define project scopes and bills of materials.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans for the designated territory.
• Provide technical training and guidance to customers, consultants, and contractors on product installation and usage.
• Track and manage all sales activities and opportunities through the company CRM.

Requirements

• Must be located in Austin, Texas.
• Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 5-7 years of experience in designing, specifying, quoting, and selling within the semiconductor market.
• Ability to interpret complex technical specifications, documentation, and engineering drawings.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to network and drive product specifications.
• Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time.
