TL;DR

Regional Sales Manager (Electronics): Managing regional sales resources and driving market share growth for power conversion and circuit protection solutions with an accent on strategic account management and team leadership. Location: Must be based in Atlanta, GA; Orlando, FL; or Raleigh, NC.

Salary: $125,000–$160,000 base salary, plus quarterly bonus eligibility and car allowance.

What you will do

  • Motivate and lead regional sales resources to achieve all sales objectives.
  • Develop and implement action plans to grow new product sales and market penetration.
  • Establish strategy and lead negotiations for major customer contracts.
  • Drive the design-win process and identify emerging new product opportunities.
  • Provide comprehensive field sales intelligence and maintain dialogue with product divisions.
  • Recommend and implement changes to regional sales strategies to meet performance goals.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Atlanta, GA; Orlando, FL; or Raleigh, NC.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years of sales management experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan and schedule travel and visits.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
