What you will do

• Drive sales growth in North America, focusing on high-growth market sectors.
• Support the full sales process from qualifying new customers to nurturing existing relationships.
• Develop technical proposals and perform thermal calculations to design effective heating solutions.
• Manage the order cycle, including order entry, approval drawings, and material returns authorizations.
• Monitor sales and bookings for assigned accounts and reclaim previous business.
• Attend industry events to increase solution awareness and network with key decision-makers.

Requirements

• Must reside in Tennessee.
• At least 2+ years of experience with outside sales and/or within the service industry.
• Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering preferred.
• Travel requirements: up to 50%.
• Proven ability to solve problems creatively and multitask with a strong sense of urgency.
• Excellent organization, documentation, and communication skills.
