What you will do

• Act as a finance business partner for global project portfolios throughout their entire lifecycle.
• Drive financial improvements and risk mitigation to achieve profitability and cash flow targets.
• Collaborate with project managers to control costs, estimates, risks, and foreign currency exposure.
• Support project managers in budgeting, forecasting, and project establishment.
• Prepare monthly project and P&L reporting and provide analytical insights to management.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
• 2–5 years of experience in finance or controlling within a global business environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office (specifically Excel) and experience with ERP systems.
• Strong analytical skills for reconciling and consolidating data from multiple sources.
• Fluency in both Swedish and English (written and verbal).
