Location: Must be based in or have existing work authorization for Norway, Denmark, Sweden, the Netherlands, or Germany. This is a hybrid role requiring at least 3 days per week in the office.

What you will do

• Develop and own forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning models across ARR, revenue, and operating expenses.
• Design scalable reporting solutions and dashboards using BI tools to improve transparency and decision support.
• Drive automation and digitalization of finance processes using AI-powered tools and workflow automation.
• Act as a bridge between Finance, Operations, and Data teams to improve data governance and process alignment.
• Prepare insightful financial and operational materials for the Executive Leadership Team, Board, and investors.
• Challenge existing processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement within the finance function.

Requirements

• Must be based in or have existing work authorization for Norway, Denmark, Sweden, the Netherlands, or Germany.
• Strong hands-on experience (3+ years) in FP&A, business controlling, or commercial finance within a SaaS or subscription-based business.
• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related quantitative discipline.
• Proven experience building financial models and translating business drivers into forecasting models.
• Experience working with modern analytics and reporting platforms to deliver scalable business insights.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex analyses to non-finance stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with modern analytics and automation technologies such as Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Python, Power Automate, or Microsoft Fabric.
• Experience working in a PE-backed or high-growth technology company.
