What you will do

• Improve finance data landscapes by reducing manual touchpoints and optimizing system integrations.
• Connect finance tools including Chargebee, Salesforce, DATEV, Xero, Fortnox, and Agicap.
• Own the logic between accounting actuals, management reporting, and financial models.
• Automate recurring processes such as monthly reporting, cash forecasting, and KPI monitoring.
• Design and improve APIs and finance tooling to minimize manual exports and spreadsheet maintenance.
• Shape a finance function where smart systems handle heavy lifting to enable focus on business impact.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, or Finance Operations within SaaS or recurring revenue businesses.
• Strong fundamentals in financial modelling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Hands-on experience improving finance systems, integrations, or automation workflows (APIs, ERP).
• Advanced Excel skills for managing large datasets, complex models, and validation logic.
• Fluent English skills.
