What you will do

• Lead the Group Tax function and drive effective tax governance across all entities.
• Manage corporate income tax matters, including computations, filings, and real estate tax returns.
• Advise business stakeholders on tax implications of commercial arrangements, mergers, and acquisitions.
• Monitor legislative developments and assess their impact on the Group's tax strategy.
• Support Group Treasury on dividend flows and financing structures.
• Represent the company in discussions and correspondence with tax authorities.

Requirements

• University degree in Law, Economics, Finance, or Accounting.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in corporate taxation.
• In-depth knowledge of Swedish and international tax regulations.
• Professional qualification within tax, law, or finance.
• Previous leadership or functional management experience.
• Experience in a multinational industrial or manufacturing environment.
