What you will do

• Ensure consistent IFRS application across the Group and provide technical accounting guidance.
• Interpret and implement new IFRS standards and reporting requirements, including IFRS 18.
• Maintain and communicate Group Accounting Policies and technical manuals.
• Review accounting treatments for complex and non-routine transactions in subsidiaries.
• Serve as the primary contact for external auditors and coordinate audit activities globally.
• Prepare technical accounting papers and presentations for the CFO, Audit Committee, and Board.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in Group Accounting, Technical Accounting, Audit, or Financial Reporting.
• University degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Strong expertise in IFRS and consolidated financial statements.
• Proven experience managing external audits and coordinating deliverables.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Nice to have

• Big Four experience.
• Experience within an international, listed, or multinational company.
• Familiarity with NetSuite, AARO, or Google Workspace.
• Swedish language skills.
