What you will do

• Manage and resolve support tickets for Ad Sales systems, ensuring adherence to established SLAs.
• Monitor backend systems and troubleshoot complex integration, calculation, and data issues.
• Document standard operating procedures and maintain a knowledge base for production troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with vendors and engineering teams to identify defects and implement technical solutions.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance issue resolution and documentation processes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to increase system efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience working in an ad sales system.
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting.
• Experience troubleshooting software, system integrations, and complex technology issues.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings and rotating weekend on-call shifts.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder management.
• Must be able to attend an in-person interview in New York.
