Salary: $120,000–$140,000

What you will do

• Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for ERP and enterprise applications to ensure system stability.
• Design, develop, and deploy application enhancements, integrations, and custom tools.
• Lead the analysis and resolution of complex ERP issues and identify root causes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and document system configurations.
• Install, upgrade, and patch ERP software in compliance with SOX and IT governance standards.
• Coach and mentor peers in ERP support techniques and development best practices.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 6+ years of professional IT and Information Systems experience.
• Strong understanding of ERP architecture, business process mapping, and data integrations.
• Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, or T-SQL development including performance tuning.
• Experience with relational database systems like Oracle, SQL Server, or DB2.

Nice to have

• Experience with 2020 Insight ERP.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of Windows Server environments.
