What you will do

• Collaborate with business teams to define functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Coordinate with development teams to support application releases, defect resolution, and change management.
• Document integration workflows for both new and legacy enterprise systems.
• Engage with cross-functional teams including Cloud, Infrastructure, and Security to ensure architectural alignment.
• Research and implement new tools to keep systems updated with industry trends.
• Address technical roadblocks to ensure project delivery and system reliability.

Requirements

• BS/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience as an IT Systems, Product, or Business Analyst.
• Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional, solution delivery environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in the Electric Utilities industry.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as C#, Java, or VB.
• Experience with project management methodologies like Agile, Waterfall, or SAFe.
• Knowledge of database management and system security protocols.
