Salary: $103,000–$116,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead a comprehensive individual giving strategy covering acquisition, retention, and recurring donor growth.
• Develop and launch a branded recurring donor membership program.
• Manage performance dashboards and KPIs to optimize revenue and donor lifetime value.
• Partner with the Major Gifts team to identify and transition high-potential donors through the giving pipeline.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Brand Marketing, Revenue, and Operations to align on fundraising priorities.
• Oversee vendor and agency relationships for direct mail and fundraising initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in individual giving or development.
• Proven success in scaling individual giving programs and managing donor pipelines.
• Experience with Salesforce, CRM systems, direct mail, and paid media.
• Demonstrated ability to manage vendors, agencies, or cross-functional teams.
• Must be based in New York, NY and able to work in a hybrid office environment.
