What you will do
- Own and evolve the full-funnel events strategy and annual events calendar aligned to revenue goals, segments, and marketing objectives.
- Lead and develop the events team; establish scalable processes, playbooks, and best practices to improve execution quality and efficiency.
- Plan and oversee enterprise events (trade shows, roundtables, VIP/client events, webinars, virtual programs, sales kickoffs, and company events).
- Design integrated pre-event and post-event digital campaigns, including ABM outreach, persona-based lead nurture, on-demand content promotion, and sales follow-up plays.
- Own event-level lead targets and reporting frameworks (registrations, attendance, engagement, MQLs, opportunities, pipeline contribution, and revenue influence) with strong CRM hygiene and post-event analysis.
- Serve as senior onsite lead for key events and manage event budgets, vendors/venues, contracts, purchase orders, invoice reconciliation, and event technology partners.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in event marketing/field marketing or related marketing, including 3+ years in a leadership/management role.
- Proven experience building full-funnel event strategies with measurable pipeline impact (MQLs, pipeline contribution, revenue influence).
- Experience managing events at scale across trade shows, executive programs, hosted/partner events, webinars, and virtual events.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce) and marketing automation (HubSpot or similar) for lead tracking, routing, reporting, and nurture.
- Working knowledge of AI-enabled tools and willingness to use AI thoughtfully across event workflows; ability to travel for events and provide onsite leadership.
- Work authorization: must be authorized to work in the United States at the time of application (immigration sponsorship may be considered in limited circumstances).
