What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to closing for a variety of technical and business roles.
• Build and manage high-quality candidate pipelines across engineering, GTM, and operations.
• Partner with founders and hiring managers to define role needs and align on scorecards.
• Ensure a premium candidate experience from first touch to offer.
• Iterate on sourcing strategies and develop scalable recruiting systems and reporting.
• Support employer branding efforts via LinkedIn, events, and referrals.

Requirements

• 4–6+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in a high-growth startup.
• Proven track record of hiring across multiple functions (technical and business roles).
• Strong creative sourcing skills to find top-tier talent.
• Ability to manage roles end-to-end with minimal oversight.
• Strong communication, judgment, and candidate closing skills.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous and fast-paced environments.
