Early Career Recruiter (AI)

Location: San Francisco office; hybrid schedule requiring at least three days per week in the office

Salary: $155,000–$175,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Own end-to-end recruiting for interns and early-career talent, initially focused on software engineering.
• Partner with the Early Talent Program Manager and engineering leaders to build and execute an early talent hiring strategy.
• Source candidates through universities, technical communities, bootcamps, apprenticeships, community colleges, career transition programs, and recruiting events.
• Define evaluation criteria and build a rigorous, consistent assessment process focused on potential, learning velocity, and motivation.
• Deliver a demanding, caring, and mission-driven candidate experience.
• Use pipeline data and hiring outcomes to improve the program, build scalable systems and partnerships, and support other technical recruiting needs.

Requirements

• Experience recruiting software engineers, ideally including interns or early-career talent.
• Demonstrated success finding candidates through multiple sourcing channels.
• Technical fluency sufficient to evaluate engineering profiles and partner credibly with hiring managers.
• Strong judgment in recognizing potential, learning velocity, and motivation beyond traditional credentials.
• Builder’s mindset, high ownership, urgency, and comfort creating structure in a fast-moving environment.
• Genuine connection to hirify.global’s healthcare mission and commitment to supporting emerging talent.
