Technology Talent Acquisition Partner (AI)

Location: San Francisco Headquarters, hybrid with an expectation of 4 days a week in office

Salary: $170K–$190K plus equity

What you will do

• Scale technical teams across Engineering, Product, and Data while delivering a structured and transparent candidate experience.
• Build and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies for high-quality technical candidates.
• Design technical assessments and evaluation frameworks that maintain a high hiring bar.
• Advise leadership on headcount prioritization, equity dynamics, compensation, and closing tactics.
• Develop outbound campaigns, technical content, and community engagement to communicate hirify.global’s mission and value proposition.
• Lead end-to-end offer strategies to close critical technical hires.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience across engineering, product, and data.
• Experience sourcing and closing senior technical talent, including Lead, Manager, and Director-level roles, specifically in the SF Bay Area.
• Strong understanding of engineering concepts, technology stacks, architectures, and product development cycles.
• Experience managing 4–6 or more active technical requisitions simultaneously.
• Metrics-driven approach with strong communication, critical thinking, attention to detail, and process management skills.
• Familiarity with Ashby, Juicebox, LinkedIn Recruiter, Notion, Google Workspace, and Slack.

• Experience recruiting for Applied AI roles.
• Experience in fast-paced or high-growth environments.
