Location: Hybrid in New York or San Francisco, United States

Salary: $160K–$200K annually, plus equity

What you will do

• Own marketing hiring goals and the full recruiting process from role kickoff through offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and build candidate pipelines through targeted sourcing and outreach.
• Recruit across product marketing, demand generation, growth, content, brand, and events.
• Deliver a strong candidate experience in partnership with recruiting coordination.
• Improve and scale recruiting processes while maintaining a high hiring bar.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-growing startup.
• Experience hiring across marketing functions, including product marketing, demand generation, growth, content, brand, or events.
• Experience recruiting for technical products, ideally developer tools, infrastructure, or AI.
• Strong ownership, organization, and ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
• Clear and direct written and verbal communication.
