Talent Lead (AI)

hirify.global is an AI Safety company building a safety, reliability, and optimization layer for AI systems through natural-language policies that are tested, enforced, and improved at scale.

What you will do

• Own the full hiring process, including sourcing, screening, interviews, and closing.
• Personally source and hire candidates across GTM, Operations, Research, Product, and Engineering.
• Build recruiting infrastructure from scratch, including interview loops, scorecards, pipelines, and candidate tracking.
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership on role definition, hiring priorities, candidate profiles, and long-term talent planning.
• Build hiring metrics and reporting covering pipeline conversion, time to hire, source performance, and offer acceptance.
• Improve sourcing channels, candidate experience, assessment practices, and recruiting decisions using hiring data.

Requirements

• Several years of experience running hiring at a startup, preferably in an early-stage or high-growth environment.
• Experience personally hiring a meaningful number of people and owning the full recruiting process.
• Experience building hiring processes and recruiting operations from scratch.
• Experience hiring across multiple functions and countries, including GTM, Operations, Research, Product, and Engineering.
• Strong sourcing, communication, relationship-building, analytical, and independent execution skills.
• Fluent English at C1+ level is required.

• Experience hiring for AI, ML, and Research roles.
• Experience as the first or one of the first talent hires.
• Experience hiring in the US, EU, and UK.
• Employer branding and talent pipeline development experience.
• Experience using AI tools for sourcing, screening, research, or recruiting operations.

• 60-minute practical recruitment exercise with the Head of People.
• 45-minute final conversation with the CEO.
