What you will do

• Identify and automate manual, repetitive processes to improve internal efficiency.
• Maintain and optimize the CRM system to ensure data integrity and team productivity.
• Document internal processes and create lightweight automations to standardize workflows.
• Provide operational support to leadership, including scheduling, research, and documentation.
• Manage end-to-end contractor onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Pilot and roll out new tools, including AI-assisted solutions, to enhance team performance.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in operations, process improvement, or a similar support role.
• Proficiency with CRM software, spreadsheet tools, and automation platforms like Zapier or Make.
• Strong written communication skills for process documentation and internal messaging.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of building and maintaining systems.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and manage shifting priorities independently.
• Must be based in or able to commute to Irvine, CA for hybrid work.
