Procurement Specialist (SaaS)

Location: Hybrid and flexible work environment; offices in New York, London, Singapore, and Tel Aviv

What you will do

• Manage the full procurement lifecycle, including requirements gathering, RFQs, quote analysis, and negotiations.
• Identify, evaluate, onboard, and monitor suppliers, including vendor performance and SLA adherence.
• Manage purchase orders and maintain accurate procurement documentation.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, IT, Operations, and other stakeholders on procurement requests and approval workflows.
• Support cost-reduction initiatives and improve procurement processes while handling multiple requests independently.

Requirements

• 4+ years of procurement experience.
• Experience working in global high-tech companies.
• Strong negotiation and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Familiarity with procurement or ERP systems such as SAP, NetSuite, Intacct, or ZIP.
• Curiosity, proactivity, and interest in new technologies and emerging trends.

Nice to have

• Experience using AI-based tools for sourcing, automation, or vendor evaluation.
• Procurement experience covering software, hardware, SaaS, or technology services.
• Experience with cross-functional approval workflows or travel platforms.
