What you will do

• Execute and standardize Order Fulfillment Packaging Material (OFPM) processes and tools.
• Troubleshoot system issues and errors within SAP, Salesforce, and Business Objects.
• Train team members on new processes, system functionality, and automation solutions.
• Oversee end-to-end order management, including design, administration, invoicing, and logistics.
• Collaborate with internal functions like planning, marketing, and technical service to drive operational excellence.
• Monitor and improve customer dashboard KPIs and World Class Manufacturing activities.

Requirements

• Must be based in Denton, TX.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 5 years of experience in customer account management.
• Proficiency in automation and data visualization tools including PowerBI, Python, SAP scripting, and VBA.
• Experience with SAP, Salesforce, and Business Objects.
• No visa sponsorship or relocation provided.
