What you will do

• Supervise and support team members to ensure effective performance and high-quality service delivery.
• Prepare quotations and process customer orders in SAP, ensuring accuracy in pricing, terms, and scope.
• Coordinate with vendors and the logistics department to fulfill order requirements and manage delivery schedules.
• Maintain and reconcile customer consignment inventory and "make and hold" levels.
• Communicate shipment details and schedule changes to regional sales entities and customers.
• Manage operational documentation, including inspection reports and invoices for freight and utilities.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work from Montoursville, PA
• Associate degree or equivalent related experience.
• 2 to 4 years of professional customer service experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, customer-focused approach.
• Ability to make independent decisions in a fast-paced environment.
