What you will do

• Own the end-to-end onboarding and implementation process for new customers.
• Conduct product training and walk-throughs for diverse business and technical audiences.
• Serve as the primary point of contact during the onboarding phase to ensure successful product adoption.
• Prioritize customer business needs and track implementation progress using standard systems.
• Facilitate data migration and solution upgrades as required.
• Coordinate the transition of customer relationships to internal teams post-onboarding.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Must be based in or able to work from Austin, Texas.
• Proficiency in data manipulation and Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings or weekends as needed.
• Ownership mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Experience with Salesforce or similar Sales & Marketing technology.
