What you will do

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Process customer orders accurately and verify all information for completeness.
• Coordinate expedited deliveries and support overall order management activities.
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments to resolve issues.
• Process return material authorizations (RMAs), sample requests, and stock rotations.
• Prepare reports, charts, and data to support sales and customer service activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0 to 3 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or a related business environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Must be based in Riverside, California.
• Ability to work Eastern Time zone hours.
