What you will do
- Lead high-impact programs from strategy through delivery, ensuring alignment between Product and Engineering leadership.
- Manage cross-team dependency forums to drive horizontal alignment across Mid Market PD teams.
- Develop and maintain six-quarter capability roadmaps that articulate technical investments and sequencing.
- Implement program frameworks and operating cadences to increase execution velocity and scalability.
- Drive transparency via actionable communication for stakeholders ranging from engineering teams to Senior Leadership.
- Mentor and coach other TPMs to improve organizational program management standards.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in technical program management, engineering, or architecture.
- Proven track record of influencing Director and VP-level stakeholders without direct authority.
- Strong technical depth to engage credibly with senior architects and engineers.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for executive audiences.
- Experience driving complex, multi-domain initiatives with significant dependencies.
Nice to have
- Experience with platform or large-scale enterprise systems.
- Background in supporting Forward Deploy programs.
- Experience with BI, data platforms, or AI-driven capabilities.
