Principal Technical Program Manager - Hyperscale and AI Rack Systems

Location: Secaucus, New Jersey, United States; onsite

Salary: $148,125–$210,000 annually, plus potential annual bonus.

What you will do

• Lead server platform programs from product definition and planning through development, production, release, and end of life.
• Translate product specifications into program deliverables with Marketing and Architecture teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver products on schedule, within sales volume targets, and against financial objectives.
• Manage requirements, feature enhancements, quality, continuity of supply, and product launch activities.
• Coordinate engineering solutions across printed circuit boards, mechanical systems, power, operating systems, firmware, BIOS, solution software, testing, diagnostics, and vendors.
• Track milestones, publish KPIs, communicate risks, and develop mitigation strategies with stakeholders, customers, and partners.

Requirements

• BS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience with 15+ years of relevant experience in the server or related industry; alternatively, an MS with 13+ years.
• Strong understanding of x86 server system architecture and system-level interactions between platforms, software, and components.
• Strong project management, scheduling, milestone tracking, planning, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams, make decisions, resolve complex problems, and drive strategic results.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, influencing, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
