Senior Technical Program Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid work schedule based in Somerset, New Jersey, USA

Annual base salary and bonus: $140,000–$170,000

What you will do

• Lead customer-facing AI, infrastructure, cloud, data center, and technology transformation programs from discovery through production deployment and operational handoff.
• Develop program plans, roadmaps, delivery schedules, resource plans, governance frameworks, dashboards, and executive reports.
• Coordinate engineering, architecture, delivery, operations, security, facilities, vendors, contractors, and customer organizations.
• Manage technical planning for architecture reviews, readiness checkpoints, testing, deployment, cutover, and transition to support.
• Control scope, budgets, schedules, dependencies, risks, issues, assumptions, change requests, and SOW deliverables.
• Facilitate executive steering committees, customer reviews, status meetings, risk reviews, and escalation management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience leading complex technical programs and enterprise technology initiatives.
• Experience managing customer-facing, SOW-driven projects from kickoff through final delivery.
• Experience with large-scale infrastructure, cloud, AI, data center, or technology transformation projects.
• Strong skills in integrated program planning, critical path and dependency management, RAID management, change control, stakeholder communication, and executive reporting.
• Hands-on experience with Asana and Airtable; PMP certification required.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI, machine learning, data platforms, infrastructure deployments, data centers, cloud migrations, or facility buildouts.
• Familiarity with Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, and hybrid infrastructure environments.
• Scrum Master, SAFe, Agile, or related certifications.
• Consulting, professional services, systems integration, MBA, or advanced technical degree experience.
