What you will do

• Own global pipeline targets and drive net-new logo acquisition and product growth.
• Lead and develop a high-performing global demand organization aligned to market segments.
• Establish operating rhythms including pipeline diagnostics, forecast reviews, and performance scorecards.
• Embed customer-centric and experience-led principles into demand strategy.
• Operationalize AI-enabled workflows to improve targeting precision and personalization.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing Operations, and Data Science to ensure scalable demand capabilities.

Requirements

• 12+ years of B2B SaaS demand generation leadership experience.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable pipeline outcomes tied to revenue.
• Experience leading multi-team, segment-aligned demand organizations.
• Strong background in building operating rhythms and accountability systems.
• Experience driving AI adoption through cross-functional partnership.
• Executive-level partnership skills with Sales, Operations, and Analytics leaders.
