What you will do
- Architect and execute integrated campaign strategies across brand, launch, event, and demand channels.
- Own demand generation end-to-end, managing budgets and optimizing MQLs and pipeline contribution.
- Develop campaign infrastructure, frameworks, and playbooks using AI tools to scale output.
- Partner with Product Marketing and Sales/SDR teams to align on launch campaigns and lead routing SLAs.
- Lead the ABM strategy for priority verticals and manage the overall campaign roadmap and calendar.
- Mentor junior marketers to raise the overall craft of the campaigns function.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation or growth marketing.
- Proven track record of owning integrated campaigns from strategy and brief to results and budget accountability.
- Hands-on proficiency with HubSpot and Salesforce.
- Strong analytical fluency with the ability to set measurement standards and interpret signals from noise.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future employer sponsorship.
- Executive-level communication skills for writing sharp briefs and presenting to VP-level leadership.
