Salary: $166,000–$214,000 per year

What you will do

• Advocate for user needs while balancing business goals and technological constraints across internal touchpoints.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Research, and Data teams to define scope and align on project goals.
• Participate in discovery efforts to frame design problems and translate insights into actionable solutions.
• Design across connected systems and operational workflows rather than isolated features.
• Guide and support less-experienced designers in shared efforts.
• Create visual models to communicate complex information structures to diverse stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in designing for complex, integrated human/software service delivery.
• Strong background in domains such as HR, healthcare, insurance, or benefits.
• Proven ability to visually model complex information structures and align non-design audiences.
• Fluency in Figma and other industry-standard design tools.
• Demonstrated experience working in cross-functional teams with engineers, product managers, and researchers.
• Portfolio showcasing case studies with clear problem framing, collaboration processes, and measurable outcomes.
