Salary: CA$140,000 – CA$196,000 + Bonus

What you will do

• Evolve the design system including components, tokens, patterns, and documentation in close partnership with engineering.
• Write and review production-ready HTML, CSS, and React to ensure the shipped product matches the design.
• Define and enforce quality standards for interaction, accessibility, and visual consistency across the platform.
• Conduct systematic audits and build tooling to identify and close gaps between design intent and live product.
• Mentor other designers through structured feedback to improve problem-framing and professional rigor.
• Connect craft decisions to business outcomes such as activation, retention, and revenue.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product design experience, with significant time in growth or experimentation-focused roles.
• Proven track record of shipping experiments that measurably improved activation or adoption numbers.
• Hands-on experience building and governing design systems at scale, including token structure and architecture.
• Front-end fluency with the ability to read and write production HTML, CSS, and React.
• Strong systems thinking to connect individual design decisions to broader patterns and business goals.
• Must be located in Canada or the USA.
