What you will do

• Perform hands-on maintenance and repairs including carpentry, painting, furniture assembly, and fixture installation.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, lighting, and basic electrical systems.
• Diagnose facility issues and coordinate specialized contractors when necessary.
• Manage office layouts, workspace reconfigurations, and facility improvement projects.
• Coordinate shipping and receiving activities, including international logistics and customs documentation.
• Maintain equipment inventories, service records, and contribute to site safety and security initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in facilities maintenance or building operations in a corporate/commercial environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and carpentry.
• French: Strong communication skills required.
• English: Functional proficiency required.
• Physical ability to perform maintenance and material-handling tasks.
• DEP or DEC in Building Maintenance or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with multi-site operations.
• Knowledge of access control systems.
• Familiarity with ticketing or inventory management tools.
• Experience with international logistics.
