What you will do

• Define and execute the long-term strategy for corporate and compliance legal functions.
• Serve as a primary legal partner to the CFO, People leadership, and E-Group on governance, securities, and M&A.
• Build and lead a high-performing team of corporate attorneys and paralegals.
• Own SEC reporting, disclosure obligations, and equity plan administration.
• Champion AI-enabled legal workflows to drive efficiency in governance and contract review.
• Manage outside counsel relationships across corporate and securities matters.

Requirements

• 8+ years of combined law firm and in-house legal experience, with tenure at a multinational, publicly traded technology company.
• J.D. or U.S. law degree equivalent with active U.S. bar admission.
• Strong working knowledge of the '33 Act and '34 Act with experience in SEC reporting.
• Proven success advising boards and executives on corporate governance and equity compensation.
• Demonstrated ability to lead in a fully remote, asynchronous environment.
• Must be based in the United States.
