What you will do

• Provide responsive technical support for hardware, software, and operating systems for the New York office and Americas region users.
• Manage the local endpoint lifecycle, including device provisioning, deployment, maintenance, and asset inventory.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring seamless device preparation and account provisioning.
• Maintain office infrastructure, including conference room AV systems, VOIP, printers, and access control systems.
• Troubleshoot first-line networking, Wi-Fi, VPN, and identity issues, collaborating with Global IT for escalations.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and SOPs using AI tools to reduce repetitive work.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, or IT Operations within an enterprise environment.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong expertise in supporting macOS in an enterprise setting.
• Experience with Google Workspace, Lark Suite, and understanding of SSO authentication and endpoint security.
• Fluent, professional English is a hard requirement.
• Must be based in New York to serve as the sole on-site IT presence.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of Linux and networking fundamentals (LAN, WAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP).
• Experience with scripting or automation using Bash, PowerShell, or Python.
• Exposure to MDM, IAM, or SaaS platform support.
• Professional proficiency in Mandarin.
• Industry certifications such as Jamf 200/300, Apple Certified Support Professional, or CompTIA A+/Network+/Security+.
