What you will do
- Manage the -site Tech Basecamp, providing high-touch face-to-face support and resolving complex L2+ escalatis.
- Cduct root cause analysis (RCA) to identify recurring patterns and implement permanent technical fixes.
- Author and maintain SOPs and technical documentati to empower the Global Service Desk (L1) to resolve more issues first ctact.
- Oversee the full endpoint hardware lifecycle, including procurement, MDM policy deployment, and compliance.
- Own the day-to-day operati of local office A/V hardware and provide technical support for hybrid events and Town Halls.
Requirements
hirify.globalg>Must be based in Portland and able to work -site daily hirify.globalg>.- Advanced administrati of macOS in an enterprise envirment and strg MDM troubleshooting experience.
- Deep understanding of Identity and Access Management (Okta/SSO, RBAC) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to diagnose and repair enterprise-grade laptops, peripherals, and A/V ecosystems (Google Meet, Zoom).
- Proficiency in using developer tools and cloud-based logging to isolate SaaS and applicati-layer bugs.
- Experience with modern ITSM platforms such as Jira Service Management.

- Experience with Logitech Rally Bar and Google CTL Chromebox for Meetings.
