Salary: $93,000 – $120,000

What you will do

• Provide Tier 1 onsite technical support in a primarily Apple macOS environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral issues for MacBooks.
• Assist end users with Google Workspace configuration and troubleshooting.
• Manage new hire onboarding, offboarding, and IT asset inventory.
• Maintain conference room AV systems, displays, and conferencing platforms.
• Document incidents in the ITSM platform and escalate complex issues to Tier 2.

Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite in Foster City, CA at least four days per week.
• 1+ years of IT support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Apple macOS troubleshooting and system configuration.
• Experience supporting Google Workspace administration.
• Familiarity with MDM platforms and identity management concepts (MFA/SSO).
• Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi).
• Ability to lift and move IT equipment up to 40 lbs.

• Active Replit user.
• Experience supporting Windows and Linux endpoints.
• CompTIA A+, Network+, or Apple Certified Support Professional certifications.
