Salary: $101,844.00 - $133,670.25 per year.

What you will do

• Manage user identities and lifecycle processes including provisioning and deprovisioning.
• Handle Single Sign-On (SSO) configurations and troubleshooting using Okta.
• Maintain and support the Mac OS fleet using Jamf.
• Develop automated workflows and scripts for SaaS applications like Google Workspace, Slack, and Zendesk.
• Provide operational support and participate in an on-call rotation for emergency technical issues.
• Ensure all systems comply with organizational security guidelines and standard operating procedures.

Requirements

• Must be based in Los Angeles, CA and able to work in the office 3 days per week.
• 2+ years of IT experience, including at least 1 year in user support within a cloud-first environment.
• 1+ years of experience in a high-growth SaaS environment.
• Proficiency in Okta identity and access management.
• 1+ years of experience using Jamf to manage Mac OS.
