What you will do

• Design and implement zero-touch provisioning and automated workflows for macOS (Jamf) and Windows (Intune) endpoints.
• Manage the full software procurement lifecycle, including annual budget execution and license optimization.
• Administer Okta SSO, SCIM provisioning, and Google Workspace governance.
• Apply DevOps principles to IT operations using Terraform for configuration-as-code and infrastructure automation.
• Supervise and mentor IT support staff, setting technical direction, priorities, and performance standards.
• Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams on observability, access controls, and endpoint security.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT engineering or management combining technical depth with operational ownership.
• Strong expertise with MDM platforms, specifically Jamf and Microsoft Intune.
• Experience with identity and access management via Okta, including SSO and lifecycle automation.
• Proven track record in software procurement, vendor negotiation, and budget management.
• Proficiency in scripting with Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting global teams across multiple time zones.
• Familiarity with CrowdStrike, Datadog, or Google Workspace administration.
