What you will do

• Drive the marketing team’s agent and agentic-workflow strategy end-to-end, from tool evaluation to adoption.
• Co-design and ship AI agents on hirify.global, Hyperagent, and Claude to automate repeatable marketing work.
• Manage ICs overseeing MarTech, Marketing Ops, and hirify.global campaign-management systems.
• Maintain the agent fleet as production infrastructure with versioning and measurable output.
• Define and govern the martech stack with a bias toward consolidation and AI-native tooling.
• Lead high-priority cross-functional initiatives requiring deep context on marketing strategy and data.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience building and shipping AI agents or automated workflows using LLMs.
• Deep knowledge of the marketing engine (demand gen, lifecycle, campaign/lead ops) and tools like Marketo or Salesforce.
• Technical proficiency in SQL, data modeling, API reasoning, and light scripting.
• Experience leading MOPs or RevOps at a B2B SaaS company as a strategic function.
• Proven track record of managing technical individual contributors.
• Must be based in the US or LATAM.
