What you will do

• Negotiate domain transactions directly with buyers and sellers.
• Own deals from live negotiation through signed close.
• Structure terms that satisfy both parties while protecting hirify.global's position.
• Communicate professionally and persuasively by phone and email.
• Identify and resolve friction points to keep transactions moving.
• Build trusted relationships with buyers and sellers.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in sales, negotiation, brokerage, or a comparable high-stakes role.
• Strong negotiation instincts and confidence advocating for both sides of a deal.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Drive, resilience, and the ability to stay engaged through difficult negotiations until closing.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment with real accountability.

Nice to have

• Experience in real estate brokerage, M&A, or other deal-based negotiation work.
• Prior domain brokerage experience is not required.
